Assembled model 1/48 multipurpose aircraft U-36A Learjet `J.M.S.D.F.´ Hasegawa 07521

This limited edition 1/48 scale model kit from Hasegawa recreates an aircraft that was used to support anti-aircraft training for the Navy! The U-36A is a multi-role aircraft with chaff scattering, target towing, training evaluation cameras and anti-ship attack capabilities. Six such aircraft have been produced by the Japan Self-Defense Force since 1987 and have been deployed to the 81st Air Corps at Iwakuni Air Base. Resin parts include the main wing assembly (right wing camera, left homing wing) as well as the fairing which contains the weather and navigation radar on the underside of the fuselage. Decals included for aircraft 9204, 9201, 9205 and 9206 of the 31st Air Group, 81st Air Corps, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force.
